1.Introduction of the product

Use specialized butyl adhesive coating equipment specifically designed for insulating glass production lines. This equipment can be adjusted to suit specific conditions by setting the temperature and pressure levels. It is recommended to maintain a gluing temperature between 110 to 140℃, with a minimum ambient temperature of 5℃ during construction. Prior to bonding, ensure that the adhesive tank is filled with clean adhesive free of any debris. Thoroughly clean and dry all glass surfaces by removing any dust, oil, or grease to ensure successful bonding.
