High Performance Two-Component Silicone Sealant

1.Introduction of the product

HH6608 Two-component Sealant is for insulating glass second sealing, offering neutral curing with strong adhesion to glass and metal. It does not pollute coated glass or cause corrosion, featuring high modulus, strength, and no odor. It resists aging, UV, water, ozone, and is compatible with medium-sized silicone rubbers.

2.Product Advantages

（1）Very low moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) and air permeability. Water vapor transmission rate: below 10g/m3. （2）A properly constructed double-sealed unit containing PIB butyl sealant will retain argon insulating gas and dry internal unit airspace for decades. （3）In the manufacturing process of insulating glass, the product is used for caulking and sealing. （4）No peculiar smell (our factory strictly controls the raw materials, and some manufacturers may use recycled rubber, resulting in product odor) （5）No corrosion to metal, coated glass, concrete, marble, granite, etc.

（6） Applicable temperature: -40 ℃ -80 ℃, keep the surface and edges and corners from cracking and sagging. 

（7）Extrusion temperature: 120-135 ℃
