1.Introduction of the product
HH6608 Two-component Sealant is designed for the second sealing of insulating glass, providing neutral curing with excellent adhesion to glass and metal. It is non-polluting to coated glass, prevents corrosion, and boasts high modulus, strength, and odorlessness. This sealant is resistant to aging, UV rays, water, and ozone, and is compatible with medium-sized silicone rubbers.
2.Product Advantages
(1) Boasts a very low moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) and minimal air permeability, with a water vapor transmission rate below 10g/m3.
(2) A properly constructed double-sealed unit containing PIB butyl sealant will effectively maintain argon insulating gas and ensure a dry internal unit airspace for decades.
(3) Ideal for caulking and sealing during the manufacturing process of insulating glass.
(4) Peculiar smell-free characteristics ensured through stringent raw material control, distinguishing it from products that may contain recycled rubber with associated odors.
(5) Non-corrosive to metal, coated glass, concrete, marble, granite, and other materials.
(6) Suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to 80°C, safeguarding against cracking and sagging of surfaces, edges, and corners.
(7) Recommended extrusion temperature: 120-135°C.
